Domaine A Pinot noir 2019 - Cork

Medium crimson in colour with a light garnet edge. The nose is layered with cherry liqueur and fig jam, mingled with liquorice, allspice and gentle eucalypt notes. On the palate it is seamless and composed, with juicy fruit balanced by intriguing earthiness and dried herbs. Delicate, well-integrated acidity and fine tannins contribute to its savoury profile. The finish is satisfying, if fractionally shorter than the Stelvin, emphasising the wine’s forest floor character.
